Product Information:
 
The Withdrawal Force Test Apparatus (Model SNQC1013A) is specially designed to comply with IEC 62196-1:2022 clause 16.16. This testing equipment is widely used for EV charging interfaces, charging guns, sockets, and connectors, ensuring that the insertion force of AC and DC charging guns meets international standards. It provides a reliable, accurate, and repeatable solution for evaluating the ease of insertion and the reliability of electric vehicle charging systems.
 
 
Test Principle:


The equipment simulates the real insertion process of an EV charging gun:
The charging gun is positioned vertically downward.
A main weight (AC: 9.2 kg / DC: 13.2 kg) is applied on the charging gun.
An additional weight of 0.8 kg is freely dropped from a height of 5 cm to impact the main weight.
The charging gun should smoothly insert into the socket to the required contact position.
This method ensures compliance with IEC 62196 international safety and performance standards.
